Sam Scruggs is one of Animal Clinic of Woodruff’s veterinary technicians. She’s been a vet tech for 12 years, and has been with ACOW for almost 6 of those, having joined our staff in 2011.
Sam was born and raised in Pauline, S.C., and she still lives there today. A graduate of Dorman High School, Sam loves this part of the world, where she regularly gets outside for fishing, camping, and hiking – especially around Pisgah National Forest.
Sam lives with her two children, Emily, age 16 and Mark, age 8. They have two Boxer rescue dogs, Pete and Marley, a cat named Hank, two guinea pigs and 12 fish.
You can’t miss Sam at the Clinic. Her wide, beautiful smile and always-positive attitude make her a joyful and welcome part of the office. Anyone who knows Sam knows that she’s a pleasure to work with and to have care for your pets. We’re thrilled to count her as part of the Animal Clinic of Woodruff family.
