At Animal Clinic of Woodruff, all of our employees have three things in common:
• A passionate love for animals
• Extensive education and experience
• A loving, family approach to animal care
Today’s “Employee Spotlight” highlights someone who epitomizes all three of these traits, Chris Satterfield. She’s also one of our longest serving veterinary assistants.
Veterinary Assistant Chris Satterfield has always called Spartanburg home. She was born in Spartanburg and attended Dorman High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Rodney, and together they raised three children, Brandon, Jeff and Taylor.
Called by her love of animals, Chris began working in vet services in 1998, and joined the staff at Animal Clinic of Woodruff in 2007. She brings almost 20 years of experience to her job as Dr. Merri’s veterinary assistant.
In her free time, Chris loves reading, playing at the lake, and spending time with her granddaughter, Emma. She and Rodney are also parents to a dog named Kush.
